July 11 – Train to Billund

This morning we took the metro to the train station and caught a train to the town of Billund, home of LEGOS and Legoland.  

The hotel it the Legoland Hotel and is themed with all things LEGOS.  

There was a LEGO penguin in the lobby.  Penguins are Liam's favorite animal. 

 The hotel obviously caters to families as our pirate themed room includes a bunk room with four bunks.  Liam took dibs on an upper bunk. 

We had dinner in the hotel restaurant…large buffet and ice cream for dessert.
